The Smart Retreat-Voice control smart house spa cinema is a recently renovated vacation home in Katoomba where guests can make the most of the garden and bar.

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this place. Super clean and ultimately cosy and oh so comfortable in every bed used! Its a gorgeous home with a beautiful higher outlook, folding windows to open fully from the delightful gourmet kitchen. The facilities are more than we have ever seen anywhere, and the quality of appliances, second to none! Smeg toaster and kettle, barista coffee machine (plus pod machine plus plunger ...and supplies of coffee for all 3!!!). Electric blankets, heaters by the double in all rooms, a superb jacuzzi, heated toilet and multi function bidet, recliners for all (only 1 not working), top notch washer/dryer, double door fridge with water dispenser, ready ice in the freezer, games for the littlies to the young at heart... and... and... It was simply incredible! BEST of all: the magnificent gardens... and those stellar native floral arrangements which Lina made, to greet us... blew us all away!! As for all the "SMART" things... they were awesome! Use what you want and revert to manual if you prefer. No complaints called for in this regard. The privilege of a glimpse into the inevitable future is a gift. We would have loved to be there for 3 nights ideally... so yes we will be back! To the delightful and Gracious hosts: Thank you for our late check out, it was the icing on our stay as we celebrated my husbands birthday over a lazy late breakfast. We met lovely Jasmine too upon departure. Looking forward so very much to be back!

The newly remodeled Kyah is a renovated motel, set on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in a quiet backstreet in the Blue Mountains' bohemian Blackheath.

The staff were warm and welcoming, we liked the atmosphere and unique palm-springs feel. The facilities such as the sauna and hot tub were fantastic and very relaxing!

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed, nice and clean. The hot tub was lovely after a busy day. Sitting on the decking watching the wildlife of an evening was a lovely way to wind down.

The open fires in the lounge are delightful, and it's good to have board games to play there as well. We had breakfast included for our stay, and the dining room has awesome views. Our room was spacious and the spa bath was lovely after a day hiking.

The ambience is perfect, beautiful weekend getaway at a beautiful resort. Room is very comfortable and cosy and warm. Bathroom is spacious. Such a peaceful setting even with families with young children like ours, was so quiet and relaxing and just love chilling in the lounge by the fire place after dinner which is exceptional as well.

We had lovely views over the mountains and there were plenty of bedrooms and space. Downstairs was good for children and infants who woke early and needed to rummage around before the whole house was up. There was plenty of space for onsite parking snd lounge and dining area where comfortable. Having a second bathroom is also very good.

Basic motel style. Fixtures a bit dated. Upgraded to a “spa bath” to find it was just a batteredold jacuzzi bath. Not worth the upgrade! Does what it says on the tin. A good hike from the station but 2 mins walk to all the attractions. Would stay in wentworth next time.

We provided our own tucker. We expected this as it enabled us to meet our nourishment and refreshment needs. This was not a negative thing as the location had all the features of a private home i.e a jacuzzi and sauna bath. 4 Bedrooms had ensuite facilities there was also a bedroom with two bunk beds.

Absolutely beautiful, great size room, spa bath and the most comfortable bed. Full of atmosphere here, from fine dining to a large comfortable lounge area to the Lovley Olde style bar, huge seperate pool/ snooker table area and at the end of the driveway the Old bank brasserie, the beer ale beef pie is amazing. Staff are polite and helpful. 2nd time I have visited in 2 months and my No. 1 place to stay in the Blue Mountains.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LP

The spa bath was great, and I liked the coffee machine. I liked having a couch in the room. The TV and movie selection was good. My bag was carried up to the room which was a nice touch. I didn't pay full price for the spa room, and I am glad I didn't I would not have been happy if I had. You might be better off paying for a mountain view room instead. But you can get good view from the lounge area.
