Lakeview luxury apartment is located in The Entrance, just a 3-minute walk from Picnic Point Reserve and 14 miles from Avoca Beach Picture Theatre.

Such a beautiful apartment very spacious and very organised. Host was extremely responsive and checked in on us upon arrival to ensure smooth entry. Will definitely be back when the opportunity presents itself.

This holiday home was fantastic, it had everything we needed. The layout was fantastic for our three families who stayed. And the pool and spa were great to keep kids entertained. The owner was lovely and reached out multiple times during this day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Excellent location only a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were three bathrooms which were all the perfect size for families. Thank you for giving us a memorable weekend away. Would highly recommend this holiday home.

Guests of The Palms At Avoca can relax on lounge chairs, take a dip in the heated hot tub or swim in one of 2 resort swimming pools. Facilities include a barbecue area and a children’s playground.

The pools were awesome and really well kept. It felt secluded. It was quiet and friendly. All the facilities you need. Good laundry etc. The rooms we large and clean. A great stay!

The closeness to places we needed to be and the fact the Rsl for dinner was great

    Loved the waterview suite.lots of space and comfort.great view. Loved the pool and the outdoor hot tub. There is a free undercover council carpark opposite the hotel. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen two hotplates.

    The room was spacious and well set up. Plenty of room to move around and a great view of the ocean was a real bonus. The balcony had very comfy chairs to sit and relax. Very comfy bed and great pillows. Very roomy bathroom with 2 basins and excellent shower. Their restaurant was first class, we both enjoyed our meals and the staff were excellent.

    Location was perfect, walking distance to shops, cafes, parks, beach. Room was perfect size with 2 bedrooms to accommodate children and adults plus the sofa lounge which was perfect for 3rd child. Was nice to have the lounge, dining area and balcony. Shower over bath, hair dryer, washer and dryer also available. Good size kitchen space with microwave, toaster, fridge etc. Linen was clean and room smelt fresh.
