    I was a good stay. Room is spacious but it needs TLC, the price is too much. I understand that it is high season, but a place with 9.7, sorry it's not that level. I travel everywhere in brasil, and had better experience. My mark is a 8 and that is a good mark. Staff was fine and friendly. The boot tour that we bought by the pousada was also good.

    The management was very accommodating to us for a late night check-in, which was very helpful since we were arriving late from a long drive. They left the key in the room and allowed us to enter at any time. The room itself is very tidy and clean, with nice furnishings and a big bathroom. The hygienic products provided were high quality and a lovely find. The checkout procedure was equally as effortless and took less than 5 min.

    Charming pousada located within a few minutes drive to Capitólio center. I loved the garden and the spacious room with a veranda and mountain views. Very clean and comfortable. You can park the car on internal parking or just outside the gate, which is equally safe. Breakfast was amazing. We booked the motorboat trip at the reception and it was a great experience. Thaina is a wonderful hostess, super kind, and always ready to help.

    Probably the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful location and honestly it’s the cleanest property we have ever stated in. The host Dona Beth is a wonderful warm and caring person who goes out of her way to make your stay special. The room was spacious,beautifully decorated and presented. Breakfast was simple and with beautiful cake and coffee, bread and eggs cooked to order. The view of the lake while eating breakfast is breathtaking.

    Lucas was amazing!! He was welcoming from the first moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and outlined what activities were available for us in the local area (spoiler: lots of fun things!). The hostel is well laid out and very spacious and our rooms were great too, very airy and a good fan to keep us cool. We didn’t use the cooking facilities or garden/tv room but they all looked really great too. Thanks Lucas and good luck with the baby!

    The staff was extremely friendly. They made sure we were confortable and had our needs attended. The waterfall a short walk from the hotel is just the best future ever! It's very private and romantic. I have all the intentions to go back another time!

    they help you arranging outdoor activities with agencies which facilitate a lot your stay. they are very kind and helpful with everything you need. the rooms are super clean and tidy, private bathroom. location is superb, just in the city centre.

    Everything! We loved the place, very spacious. Confortable, well located with a lake view, host very friendly and professional, we wanted to stay more as we felt as if we were at home. Quick response from host and he also provided (privately) a boat tour around the waterfalls and the Canyons of Furnas lake, for us it was an amazing experience.
