The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We don't speak Portuguese, but everyone tried their best to make sure there was no misunderstanding and was always on top of everything. The live music by the pool and the well prepared breakfast were definitely the highlight. Everywhere was impressively spotless.

Refurbished pousada, quality mattresses & pillows, very clean towels & bed-sheets, very welcoming & friendly owners (Angela took good care of me while having some health issues). I recommend the rooms with balcony but if you are on a budget the ground floor room is also ok, there is a common garden area where you can sit. Only 700 meters to the beach, supermarket and bakery around the corner. Good price-quality ratio.
