With a swimming pool surrounded by gardens, Pousada Ipitanga IV is only 1640 feet from Ipitanga beach. It features barbecue facilities, children´s playground and laundry facilities.

we were able to checkin really early, breakfast was plentiful and good, free ride to the airport, the owner has ordered food for us since after 5pm we could not get anything around. the beach is awesome (many natural pools during the low tide). lot of english language tv channels

Location is really good, walking distance (20-30min) from both Barra as well as Rio Vermelho (which is a great area for food/drinks). The view from up top is absolutely gorgeous, and the pool feels almost like a jacuzzi to relax after a walk. Hosts were of easy communication for both handling a little delay due to last minute AC maintenance, as well as promptly providing us with more bedsheets when we mentioned our party of 4 would like to use separate beds

    Amincha was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and made sure I had a great stay. She helped with recommendations for things to do in the area and offered good advice. The room was nice and well equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge with water, fan, and snacks. The private bathroom was also very nice. The bath was a great extra and sanitary products were provided. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to sit outside it the garden to eat.

    It’s incredible that the staff at main desk doesn’t speaks English or even try to understand Spanish , I work on the luxury industry for more than 20 years and this was the cherry of the cake

    The Hotel is by the beach, at the back of it there is a gate that you can open and you are on the beach. There is a swimming pool overlooking the beach. Staff was great and really helpful. Good breakfast. The rooms are small apartments (1 bedroom, one kitchen/living room, one bathroom, another room), if you are on the frist floor there is also a balcony.

    Very nice pousada, the decor is simple, authentic and very pretty. I stayed there alone and I wanted tranquility, it's very quiet and the staff is helpful yet discreet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I liked the bathroom and the big beds. The breakfirst is homemade and really good, it's available a long time. The pool is nice. Also the staff can come pick you up from the airport. It's really good place for a nice price.
