Serhs Natal Grand Hotel is a beachfront resort located between the beaches of Ponta Negra and Areia Preta.

A lovely hotel on the beachfront. Staff on reception were helpful and some were able to speak English Room was clean with a huge bed, good shower and nice balcony. I had a sea view Room 443 The staff at breakfast were lovely especially the omelette chefs who greeted us with a smile & wave every day . Breakfast was plentiful with many choices The steak restaurant was very good as was the pizza restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was very good . Unfortunately the seafood restaurant was not a pleasant experience. A very long wait for food which was not of good quality . Asked for a glass of wine many times and eventually had 2 glasses with the meal but 5 gasses were put on the bill (think it was added each time we requested but not served) Service was slow(despite not being busy) and not welcoming like the other restaurants Pools are great , side tables are in need of a refurb , cocktails are weak but beers are nicely chilled. Poolside food was served quickly and was good I was given a free late checkout at 6pm which really appreciated. We also managed to change a dinner for lunch as we were half board & wanted to try other restaurants in the evening. Although they will not do this at weekends We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel

Hotel Marsol Beach offers a wonderful beachfront accommodation in Natal. This luxury hotel features 4 swimming pools, a sun terrace, a tennis court and plenty of entertainment activities.

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff, Maria, the manager was very helpful and speaks good English, and helped us with any little issues that we had, Marcus on reception was very helpful sorting out our room change when we needed something further from the bar area, Pedro the porter carried our many bags without any fuss, and refused me helping him, Josie in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. In fact ,everyone was fantastic, will definitely be coming back again

    The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and the facilities are excellent. The staff is kind. The apartment is comfortable and lovely. The swimming pool is amazing, and there's food and drinks by order. Your only 'trouble' is to leave.
