    The room and bathroom were very small, nothing like seen in the photos. The bathroom installations were very basic (water in the toilet bow was kinda yellow), overall terrible value for money. The food in the restaurant was good. Now, the worst was the WhatsApp service staff (admin staff) who deal with you prior to arrival: Juliana is not very professional, I kept on feeling pressured to state that I’d arrive by 21h, when I had already explained I wouldn’t. On getting a payment receipt: good luck. I’ve asked about 3x.

    All of the staff were welcoming, warm and very helpful. Ana Carla is an amazing host!!! The room was clean and spacious, with everything you need. breakfast was tasty with options for everyone. All excursion providers provide pickup services to and from the property.

    Clean, spacious and staff was amazing. Great AC and breakfast. The garden and hammock give an additional charme to the place. Staff was very accommodating to provide us with plates and cutlery for us to eat take out dinner. They helped us remove a little frog! Very funny moment which should be expected while in the nature. The hotel offers tours and we did 3 private ones with Adonis, Dede and Beatriz. They were all amazing!!!!! I highly recommend!

    Spacious house with a fully equipped kitchen, very close to the national park's entrance. - Great pool and outside space. - Plenty of drinking water, clean linen and towels were provided. - Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. - Responsive and helpful host who connected us to a decent local tour guide/driver for all our transfers and day trips.

    The room: private, bright, airy, spacious, the most amazing outdoor shower The garden: with lots of green, hammocks, kitties The food: delicious breakfast and dinner under the cajueiro The little details: the bowl with soapy water for washing our feet when arriving from the dunes The staff: Lêna and Thiago add stars to this place.     The hosts were very accommodating and helped us book the best tours in the Lencois. The restaurant was good and fairly priced. The pool and the pool house was an oasis of relaxation after a long day.

    Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. AC worked well. Was one of the cheapest options in Santo Amaro to be had that day. Most transfers leave at 6, so wasn't able to have breakfast, which starts at 7:30.
