staff tried to notify noisy customer from across the hall but customer had left temporarily. Returned later and continued to talk, swear very loudly . The noise & conversations were heard quite clearly through a vent that was in our bedroom. We were eventually moved to a quieter room. Unfortunately, we were so upset about the rukus, That it took quite awhile to settle & try to sleep. Our morning started at 5 am., so we got some rest but not really rested for the morning flight. cheers H
