We like this brand a lot. Loved the very comfortable bed, the balcony and the view. The property has a pool so it draws families to the property and I didn't take that into consideration when booking. Kids were running in the halls up until 1030p or so. The breakfast room needs a zhoush. It's small and the food is largely pre-fab. The banging and crashing coming from the staging room added to the bustle. In sharp contrast, we stayed at the BW in Revelstoke the next night and give that property a 10 out of 10 For comfort, quietness, quality and value.

The room was really nicely decorated in a modern mid-century mountain vibe. We had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The room was quite spacious. We had to chose between having a kitchenette or a balcony and bath tub though (it would have been nice to have it all!). The staff were very friendly. The hot tub was really nice with beautiful surroundings. The little Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch.
Great little stay in Banff.
Easy walk into town or there was a bus stop right outside.
The cabins gave us enough space to relax and included a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge space and 2 bedrooms.
Pin code access so we didn't have to keep track of a key.
Our host was very welcoming and allowed us early check in.
Banff accommodation was so expensive, this was the only affordable accommodation we could find, we got lucky!
rooms were large with plenty of storage space and kitchen area was well equipped. soap in bathroom was fantastic. free bus ticket was great and made it easy to get around town. room also had balcony which was nice to relax on.
The room was spacious with the best comfortable bed ever. The view from our balcony was superb. The breakfast was lovely, it is the best scrambled egg we have ever had at a hotel. The hot tubs were nice to relax in after a days walking.
Couldn't have asked for more! We were surprised to be upgrade into a king suite upon arrival. The room was amazing with jacuzzi bath, lounge area with working fire and a panoramic view of the mountains and Banff town. The room was clean and came with fridge, sink and coffee machine. Location was perfect, just off the highway and 3 minute drive into town and at the bottom of a ski resort for the winter.
The rooms were spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and shared hot tub facilities close by.
We had a car so access to the centre was easy and it was chilled relaxing atmosphere when we ate there for breakfast. It was a great base for hiking and getting around the area for early morning get ups.
