Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.

The spa is an incredible amenity it is what brought us there. I used it many times over the 2 nights we were there. Really great relaxing atmosphere. The TVs in the room were all newer so they had HDMI hook ups which was really nice. It was quiet even though it was very busy you couldn't hear other people outside your room. It was nice that they replace your towels in your room daily rather than having to ask to get more. As well having towels available in the spa was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. We stayed in the king room with the sink and mirror outside the bathroom and I found this very unique and really functional so that if someone was using the washroom you don't have to stop getting ready or anything like that. I loved the lounge area with the large sofa and high top tables, foosball table and tv playing different sports you had to walk through to get to the spa. I thought it was such a fun spot and I wish I'd had more time to be able to go down there and hangout maybe interact with some of the other guests. I thought this was a great idea.

The location is excellent. On Elgin and heart of downtown. Was walkign distance from restaurant's , parliament building and other attractions. Room was spacious, full size sitting room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds. Check in experience was excellent. I got the room early. Clemencie was awesome at the front desk.

I had an early flight. Other hotels will have grab and go food set out for those who need to leave before the complimentary breakfast is served. Yes, you had hot drinks, but a bit of fruit, yogurt, granola bars, etc, is helpful. Holiday Inn express had it set out at 3 am, and many leaving at the time, took advantage of it
