The cottage was so clean and tidy. It was so peaceful and relaxing which was exactly what we needed.Their were instructions for everything sauna, hot tub, surrounded sound, where everything was in the kitchen etc it was fantastic. Also the two that rent out the cottage we're amazing couldn't ask for better.
I just wish we had nicer weather so we could have had a fire and sit on the dock.

The hotel is terrific! I liked the breakfast. Healthy options are available to eat at the breakfast buffet. (Slow-cooked Oatmeal and unsweetened fruit.) Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a quiet natural environment. A nice room is conducive to relaxation. Nice walking trail around the lake with benches to stop and watch the sunset.
Being a book and forget about shopping.

We were in the region for a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful. Kim at the front desk considerately moved some things around to accommodate us for an extra night at the last minute which was much appreciated. Thank you, Kim!

Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Room had everything I needed including a small fridge. Hosts were welcoming and accommodated my later than expected arrival. Bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and so filling I didn’t need lunch!
The place was very clean and felt secure. Pinpads on door made coming and going easy. Shower was spacious and water pressure was great. Keurig machine was a plus. Reliable a/c and simple/responsive thermostat worked well.
Flexible owners (we had a late night - was no problem getting in, we kept it quite), room was amazing, comfortable and even had a private ensuite bath, just a little too close to 3 other guest rooms to consider it "romantic" (wasn't a concern for us anyway).
Exceptionally friendly and helpful host; thank you Jen. Plenty of space in room with our own lounge. Very comfortable bed, with a spare sofa bed in the lounge. Great coffee and tea making facility in hallway, with real milk in fridge. Easy walk to Gull lake for swimming. Gravenhurst is a lovely little town

Everything was wonderful - staff very friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was a great way to end the day as well as a warm fire on the patio - it was a relaxing get away.
Ang and Bill were accommodating, warm and welcoming. Seeing the "Every Child Matters" flags was nice to see.
Breakfast was delicious and nutritious, both sweet and savory. I felt at ease in their space; the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I loved seeing their beautiful senior dog on site too, he was adorable.
