United KingdomIt was as you would imagine from a chain hotel in a small town. The staff were helpful - we arrived at 9am and they let us have breakfast; then found us a room that early in the morning, so we didnt have to wait until 3pm; they called a taxi on our behalf as we didnt have a car and we did not want to call on an international number as it will cost money. The room was fairly clean, a bit dated decor but comfortable enough. Price was reasonable. Room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, sink and a smart TV.

We stayed at King bed with jacuzzi room this time as well and we really enjoyed our room as it was spacious, clean and so relaxing. It came with a fireplace, jacuzzi and kitchen sink, cupboards and some wineglasses. Free breakfast was another nice additional touch we loved! Special thanks to Sheila at the front desk as she was very attentive and friendly staff and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.
