Staff were very nice, room was smaller than we expected, room was too warm without any functioning temp control.
They did provide ample shampoo, makeup wipes and decaf coffee.

I booked 2 rooms. The one with 2 double beds was very spacious, plenty of room for luggage etc. The room with one double was very cramped, comfortable with a new shower/ bathroom, but we felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, and good quality. Hot tub was small and noisy. Ten minute walk to downtown shops and bars. All in all a good stay
Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Staff was friends and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which is appreciated but understood that it's never guaranteed. Location is lovely.
The pool is warm and the hot tub is really nice. The design around the pool is very soothing and relaxing. Views are nice. Appreciate the microwave and kettle.
I stay here because I like having a wood-burning fireplace and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Having a kitchenette is great too and there's plenty of space in the loft units.
The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and amazing trails. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room worked well and was very relaxing. The room also has a great balcony which we couldn't open because of cold weather but I imagine how nice it must be in summer.
We really liked the room, it was so nice to have a lounge area separate to the bedroom. The cooking facilities were a definite plus. We also enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, hot tub and spa at the end of each day. The hotel is close to town and the free parking is another advantage.
Check in was quick and easy. Room was a decent size and had a coffee machine/fridge. There was a large balcony as well. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and the wash basin was in the room rather than the bathroom, so it had more light for using the mirror. I also used the pool (which was great and it had a separate jacuzzi), I didn't use the hot tub as it was too warm outside to need it! The inn is 5 - 10 mins walk from the centre of the town. I could always find parking on site.
Large room. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom. Good location. Nice atmosphere inside. Ate at the Hearthstone Lounge and had one of the best steaks I have ever had. The pool and hot tub/steam room were perfect and open late enough for me to use them after exploring all day.
The rooms are spacious. Bathroom are really clean, jacuzzi is a plus. Good thing that the hotel is near to gasoline station and the view is really awesome.
For the price of the hotel - $1000+ for two nights it was expensive. The room was large with a jacuzzi bath and sitting area but the decor is dated. The breakfast room was also basic but with a nice selection. Staff were nice and helpful. Location is about 15 min walk into town. The train track is close by so you do hear noise from that. A great base but very expensive - we are staying at The Fairmont in Whistler which is cheaper for the same duration. Jasper as a place is amazing and our best stop yet.
Excellent location in the centre of town. We loved that there was a pub downstairs- which served very tasty food! The staff were friendly and they helped us arrange an extra night! The rooftop hot tubs were a welcome luxury, great views of the mountains and very relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and each day we got more coffee for the following morning which was lovely.
