The reception staff were extremely helpful. We liked the mix of nationalities and span of ages, especially apparent in the well equipped kitchen. From the Bow Valley Parkway drive to the creekside fire pits and from the beautiful balcony views to the jacuzzi bath, we loved every detail! The room was beautifully appointed and included details of all the people who had made the furniture/paintings etc. The guestbook had really thoughtful details on local hikes, places of interest and activity ideas which were really useful.
