Lots of counter space in bathroom, tissue paper holder where you can reach easily. Shower and sink drain quickly and water does not pool. Instantaneous hot water. Wow, two-compartment fridge - separate freezer. Lots of plug-ins. Great dead-bolt lock on door, door closes quietly and seals perfectly.
