They ran out of breakfast items. Staff should have monitored the hot breakfast items better. Selection was adequate. The room was excellent and staff was very courteous.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and everyone had a good stay. A special shout out to Taylor who was a life saver in the bar after the very long white out drive up to Sudbury, and to Connie who organized breakfast for us at our horribly early start time. You both really made a big difference to our stay!

The breakfast that is available suits all types of people, waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc., along with juice, tea and coffee. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The staff was very courteous.

The room was big with 2 double beds. It was clean, and it offered a good chair and table. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Lots of counter space for your toilet bag. Wifi worked well. A relatively generous breakfast is included in the price. For me the close bus depot of Ontario Northland was a big bonus. If you are traveling by bus it is an excellent location. VIArails Sudbury Junction station is about 4.4 km away. The distance is not too far for walking as long as the weather is decent.

I appreciated the size of the double-queen room. There was a lot of space for everyone, we did not feel cramped at all. Bed was average, comfortable. Pool was nice, but hot tub was out of order (looks like it's been condemned). Staff were very accommodating and polite, no issues from that perspective. Property was clean and inviting.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly, room was clean, pool was great and hot tub made for a great way to relax after a busy day of sight seeing and shopping. Even though we’re on the main floor and there were kids playing in the pool yelling etc, we couldn’t hear it from our room which was nice and quiet. Good options for breakfast, even with a few food sensitivities it was easy to find something for everyone. Check in and check out was a breeze and close to great shopping and cineplex.
