The booking site made clear there is no deposit, but then they message you and tell you there is a deposit and they just don’t do it in booking to avoid their fees. The bathroom door had no handle and I got stuck in the bathroom, If I was alone, I wouldn’t have been able to get out. Other than this, it was nice.

    Location is amazing, secluded in the forest, and not far from the city. Total privacy. animals, jacuzzi, bonfire. Breakfast to the cabin. Pretty good jacuzzi. Cool birds.

    The two BR suite was large and spacious. The gym was well equipped though dogs should not be allowed inside the gym. The host was always responsive though two major problems were not resolved by the time we left.

    Staff no very accommodating . Room heys failed 4 times parking required a car elevator and the staff was very slow. Free breakfast was eggs and spoiled fruit. In room jacuzzi was timed one hour a day. One elevator and hope they don’t perform maintenance. Nothing near location to eat . Not recommended.

    We really loved this place, and extended our stay for it. The apartment is light and spacious with a nice kitchen, laundry machine, everything you need. Bed was super comfortable and the location is excellent. Jorge is a really attentive and helpful host!

    There are few items that keep this hotel from being absolutely first class. 1- should have chair and small table in the room, provide hairdryer in each room, add small microwave and coffee machine. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness impressive, staff kind attentive and super dedicated. I don’t get this level of service many places unless I’m paying $500+ a night

    It is very central and you have most of the good neighborhoods close by, very quiet place and the apartment is full equipped (kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms)

    The view from the room was nice as was the bed. The jacuzzi was also nice but you can't turn it on by yourself in the room, a member of staff must do that from outside the room which is not ideal

    1. The location was excellent. As noted, across the street from a major mall with large supermarket and money exchange. Also a pharmacy directly below the apt on street level. 2. Great value for money to obtain a clean, modern, 2 bedroom 3 bath apartment with very nice views on its own on the 18th floor. Kitchen had all the basics as well as the laundry room. Very nice touch to have a small bottle of wine complimentary on arrival. Thanks!
