The facilities such as washing machine and two bathrooms and kitchen were great. The hosts were helpful and, because there is a 24 hour reception, the handing over of keys to get in, was easy. The private jacuzzi is very nice to enjoy the lovely views. We also loved that they offer free water! Feeding the hummingbirds was one of our favorite activities during our trip! The landscape is just breathtaking there. Just be prepared that it’s pretty cold in the whole hotel and bring warm layers! We had a fireplace and fan heating in the room, still it was pretty chilly. The staff is supernice and helpful, the common areas are extremely spacious, comfy and welcoming. The room was also amazing. The beds are 1,20m wide, there is a locker for every bed and every room is assigned to one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast is included and super delicious!! The location is a spot outside Manizales, away from the chaos and on the mountain side in the jungle. The bungalow was a perfect treat. Very relaxing to chill on the veranda in our hammocks. Lovely bathroom with the best shower, inc hot water!
