We chose this hotel because it was located close to the port where our vehicle would arrive via ship, so therefore we didn't mind that it was located in an industrial area. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with great beds and an excellent shower. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even arranging a tour to the National Aviary for us as we waited four days for our vehicle to arrive. The only disappointments were that neither of the two jacuzzi tubs were working and that the restaurant had very limited choice, as many of the items on the menu were unavailable.

We really liked the breakfast, the location and the room with the window. The bed was comfortable and the rooms we stayed at were nice. The people working there were also super nice, kind, helpful and friendly.

Gregoria and Sandra made our stay extremely pleasant. Despite being located in a very busy area the rooms are surprisingly well isolated against the outside noise. Be sure to bring earplugs though! The rooms are small and well stocked as well as very clean. The hotel offers daily room cleaning during your stay. It was an oasis of tranquility. Strongly recommend.
