For just the two of us, we had a lot of space. And so rural.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
We were very lucky to find this hotel. Situated in a quiet and cozy place, free parking for a car, free accommodation for a dog. Spacious private bathroom, clean and beautiful room. Responsive and friendly owner. We will be happy to come here again and highly recommend. Thank you for our best days in Denmark
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location! The staffers were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was. Also, I absolutely loved the wellness area and the gym. Both spaces had long opening hours, they were fully equipped! Enjoyiny the jacuzzi outside was outstanding!
The room was large and had excellent facilities including tea and coffee making equipment. The bathroom had both a sauna and a whirlpool bath. The room was more like a flat with a mini kitchen area and dining table as well as the bed. Great for people who want to bring in their own food and drink.
Charming hotel by the lake. The rooms (we had 2) were spacious and nicely decorated with Danish furniture.
Great views over the lake from the breakfast table.
We enjoyed the spa with indoor swimming, an outdoor hot Jacuzzi, a Viking shower (cold water bucket), a sauna, and a steam bath (pic from our hotel room shows the outdoor spa facilities).
It turned to a rainy day, so heading to Mønsted Kalkgruber (lime mines) was terrific and one of the highlights of our tour. Endless caves with magical light. Kids and adults loved it.
Centrally located near shops and restaurants. A unique accommodation with nicely decorated rooms, with eye for detail.
The shared spaces like kitchen, dining room, sofa were really nice... We immediately felt home.
Bathroom was outside of the room, but that was not a problem.
Beds & linen were of excellent quality.
Hotel is conveniently located near the highway, a bit noisy, but it could have been worse, at night the traffic is sparse. Eventually, you can be lucky to have a room on the back!
The building(s) seems new, the room was bright, large and clean, almost in pristine condition, there is also a small table with two chairs in front of your door if you want to stay outside.
Inside, you can find a fridge, tv and a kettle with some herbal teas and coffee, nice and large bathroom as well.
No carpet inside, for me this is a plus! :)
