Also, I absolutely loved the wellness area and the gym. Both spaces had long opening hours, they were fully equipped! The bathroom had both a sauna and a whirlpool bath. The room was more like a flat with a mini kitchen area and dining table as well as the bed. Great views over the lake from the breakfast table. We enjoyed the spa with indoor swimming, an outdoor hot Jacuzzi, a Viking shower (cold water bucket), a sauna, and a steam bath (pic from our hotel room shows the outdoor spa facilities). It turned to a rainy day, so heading to Mønsted Kalkgruber (lime mines) was terrific and one of the highlights of our tour. Endless caves with magical light. Eventually, you can be lucky to have a room on the back! The building(s) seems new, the room was bright, large and clean, almost in pristine condition, there is also a small table with two chairs in front of your door if you want to stay outside. Inside, you can find a fridge, tv and a kettle with some herbal teas and coffee, nice and large bathroom as well. No carpet inside, for me this is a plus! :)Guest review bythewolf71Young couple
