These seafront apartments are 164 feet from Reducto Beach. They offer bright accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with views of Arrecife Bay and the Parque Islas Canarias Botanic Gardens.

Location was perfect, right in the city but also in front of the underground parking area and the beaches. Perfect for a stay in Arrecife. The apartments were very clean and really nicely decorated with character and style. It had a lovely large balcony with a fantastic view, table and chairs and a special hanging chair my daughter loved. Also a really nice fully equip kitchen with microwave and even washing up liquid and sponge. The bathroom was great and included nice complimentary shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The staff who checked us in were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The roof top area was fantastic, really comfortable sunbeds, a jacuzzi, towels and again fantastic views. There were a lot of really nice touches which made the difference from other hotels and apartments and to be honest it felt like a 5 star. I have stayed in the Arrecife 5 star hotel across the street but will defiantly stay here in future.

    A lovely peaceful place to stay. The pool always has room to swim. Every apartment has a little garden or large terrace with a hot tub so many people relax in their own space. The staff are great and very helpful. Arracife is in walking distance along the sea path. There are decent restaurants in the other direction - on Playa Honda.

    The apartment I booked was a decent size and well equipped with a good sized lounge/kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom and a washing machine. It was also good value for money. The location was excellent for accessing Arrecife with a supermarket within a minute's walk and buses within walking distance for exploring elsewhere. The apartment block also had a large shared sun terrace with plenty of space and loungers.

    Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Contained all mod cons and all typical kitchen items for a self-catering stay. Fantastic rooftop terrace for sunbathing and relaxing with epic view of surrounding beach and hills. Support staff very accommodating and helpful.

    The apartments are very well located, having everything needed at walking distance and a lovely view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and checking in was easy. The staff was helpful and friendly, quickly aiding us with our requests and giving us recommendations. The upper floor with the hot tub was a quite nice place to relax.

    Easy and smooth self check-in. Very spacious and clean room, made you feel comfortable and feel like home. Bathroom was also large and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Very central location, right next to the beach. Bars and restaurants around the area, the bar downstairs served really delicious food! We spent our nights at the terrace which was very nice and relaxing. There was also a rooftop area that you can spend time there which was also very nice.

    Quite very clean well maintained facilities.swimming pool clean, safe steps plenty of sunbathing loungers (hot tub):)in apartment clean and works magic on tired musscles. All staff can not do enough for you close to shopping and restaurants. Been twice and booked again. Close to airport so from landing was in pool within 30min.

    spacious, clean apartment. not too hot, didn’t need the air con on often. comfy beds and great having the main bathroom plus en suite. terrace was private enough and also right by the pool. we asked for an extra sun lounger and it was brought to us straight away. hot tub was amazing. cleaned during stay and fresh towels provided.
