A fabulous location. The Très Cascades walk was beautiful, good views, and the most beautiful butterflies and wild mountain flowers. A good selection of other hikes as well.
The view from our apartment was out of this world, particularly the sunsets.

We had a really lovely stay! The town is beautiful, and the free parking was a great bonus. The apartment had a comfy, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a big bathroom with a fantastic shower, and truly spectacular views. Everything was very clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was big and very comfortable, though there was only a thin duvet at first — but when we asked, the staff kindly provided us with an extra one, which made it much cozier.
There are charming villages and beautiful walks close by. If you’re looking for a bakery, there’s one in San Juan de Plan — it’s not on Google Maps, but locals are happy to point you to it if you ask. We highly recommend visiting Ibon de Plan: you can drive up the Saravela mountain road (about €5 per entry) and then enjoy a one-hour hike up to the stunning lake.
Just a small note: the local animals wear bells that ring throughout the day — it’s quite cute and adds to the rural charm, but if you’re sensitive to noise and, like us, enjoy keeping the windows open, it’s something to keep in mind.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place!
Situated in San Juan de Plan in the Aragon region, Casa Campolé provides accommodation with access to a solarium. The property has mountain and river views.

Rooms are a bit old, but clean and cosy! Liked the real fireplace at the main lobby. Very welcoming stuff at the reception desk! And also the breakfast was unexpectedly good! Plus parking is free near the hotel!
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
The flat is very spacious and it’s nicely decorated. It feels very homely and it is super comfortable. It had everything we needed (even champagne flutes!). The location is perfect, it’s an easy walk to the ski lift, even if you have very young kids (we had four kids under 9) and the shops are very near as well. The views of the mountains are spectacular.
