Unfortunately, the experience fell well below our expectations in several important areas: Upon arrival, the staff was not helpful. We were left to push a luggage cart up a hill to our room while managing our three young children. The room was outdated and unclean. There was a strong odor upon entry, mold in the bathroom, a rusty lampshade, and a drawer that was visibly rotting. The exterior paint was peeling, and the overall condition of the property suggested a lack of maintenance and care. What was most disheartening was the apparent absence of passion or hospitality from the team. It’s a real shame, as the location itself is truly beautiful and full of potential.

Location is nice, beautiful nature around, close to supermarkets, golf courts and restaurants. Territory is clean and well composed, swimming pool and hot tub are great. It’s enough space in the villa, kitchen has all appliances. It is an ideal place for family vacation.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants, and the beautiful hotel grounds. The hotel and our room were spotless clean, the staff were very welcoming and polite. We arrived a bit earlier and they accommodated us right away. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Very generous and good quality food. Highly recommended when you visit the area.
