    Everything ! Perfect for a family holiday. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and Modern bathrooms. Nice open plan kitchen and lounge area for entertaining. Good outdoor spaces as well. We enjoyed the beaches in Hossegor and it was a 10 min drive!

    The host is really nice and the studio is like new. It was clean and spacious and bright, fully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed and felt big enough for a studio, and the coffee machine was great. Having breakfast in the morning on the outside deck felt amazing and it has privacy. Being able to park in the alley on site was necessary for me and that's why I booked this place.

    Immediately you feel like you are in your own home, the shared kitchen, dining room & lounge are modern and very well equipped. You’ve got it all here for a long stay, even a hot tub that is so clean. Our room was fabulous, comfortable bed and great balcony with large sliding door. The location to the beach is awesome, 50m away. Host was super friendly and spoke English.

    Superb little place. Friendly, helpful welcome; looked after our bicycles. Interior of property newly decorated so looks and feels great. Comfy, spacious room and bed. Surprise was the breakfast in the morning - good quality, generous and good value for money.

    lovely hotel for an overnight stay en route from Northern Spain to central France. Made to feel very welcome and the rooms and the hotel were absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. An easy 5-10 minute walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants of Capbreton. If you don’t want to go out, lovely to sit on the terrace or the lounge and play cards as we did. excellent buffet breakfast for €10 each which was well worth it.
