United StatesLocation of the the hotel is in the city. The flat that was booked was located across the street from the hotel in a very good area, nearby shopping areas, restaurants and cafes. The flat was quite spacious and very clean. Each of the bedrooms included a shower. Washing machine is also included. Staff was friendly and helpful. Julian helped fix one of the windows in the room. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. The spa was very nice, with pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna room. Spa service by Claire was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The rooms were tidy and well equipped, and balcony access was a nice bonus for a relaxing time. Pricing for this hotel was only slightly dearer than for a lesser hotel in a worse location so we ended up booking in to Hotel Serge Blanco again on our way back. We didn't get round to trying the spa or restaurant but by the looks of things, they seem great too. All beautifully designed and decorated, bright but also cosey. Tea, coffee, fruit, bread, cereals, it's all there. And a great garden to relax in. Gives you the perfect summer feeling. It might be a bit too far to walk to the main beach, but there are bikes at the house, which you can use for free, for a beautiful ride on the cycling path along the shore which will take you to the harbor and the beaches of Hendaye in 10 minutes.
