The receptionist, all of them are excellent. The spa person is amazing. The night shift person helped and even offered me a coffee as I had to wake up early for a race.

Quiet location, comfortable room. Good communication and easy self check-in, secure bike storage available. Tasty breakfast - cooked eggs on offer, not just bread and patisseries. Friendly and interesting staff. Easy to walk to the beaches, restaurants, bars, etc. We enjoyed our stay in Lacanau and ate supper at 'L'Assiette', which was excellent (also rec'd by staff).
