The location is perfect for our ferry trips across the channel. The rooms are spacious, the beds large and comfortable, the showers and bathroom facilities superb. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast (optional) provides a good variety of pleasing choices and as much as you want to eat. Perfect for a long journey ahead. As an example ,the way Audrey, Bruno and Cleo responded to my faux pass where I was so relaxed at Thelazure, we missed the return crossing to Portsmouth !
