The staff are super friendly and, despite our best French, they spoke really good English to help us with our stay. Secure parking so reduced risk of vandalism and having a vehicle stolen. The rooms are of an adequate size, and are "budget" prices too. No bath, but the shower is decent size to have a proper scrub. The room is spacious and clean so is the bathroom. The staff is lovely and helpful - the nicest staff I met across hotels in Rennes surrounding the train station.
