Cosy and as advertised. it was clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Easy to locate, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Great for stargazing and just to disconnect and relax in a quiet place. Everything seems handcrafted which is very twee and nice in this day and age.

The food in particular was excellent. We both had dietary requirements and these were no problem at all to be catered for. The room itself was spacious, especially the bathroom, and the staff were all very friendly. Although we had some issues with the bathroom's cleanliness, the main bedroom seemed very clean and the amenities that were available in the room were excellent - the plugs next to the bed even had USB sockets for our phone chargers, which was a bonus and unexpected.

Great location, the view from the windows is just gorgeous. The hot tub (the reason for booking), even thought it’s shared it wasn’t a problem and was very welcome after a day out and about. Good quality one as well. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom and neat wee kitchen. What they are doing with the space/grounds is braw. Well done!!

The location is great for accessing the town. Free parking in the town is great for longer stays. The staff are amazing, super helpful and friendly. The lounge, bar, and restaurant all give the perfect atmosphere of relaxation. The food was fantastic and the drinks available were of a good selection. The room was spacious enough for me and my partner. With the bed and the TV being big and comfy.

We loved our stay in this old steading conversion. Done up very nice, we spend 3 nights going for walks and afters relaxing in the spacious lounge area, underfloor heating made us felt cozy from word go. Very well located to quickly get to Ballater or Loch Muick walks or Balmoral estate. One of the most comfortable beds with softest of bedding we ever slept on. Beautiful bath and shower enjoyed after cold walks. Good WiFi signal

The location was wonderful, and the swimming pool was perfect for what we needed - a good size pool for the children, a larger pool for adults, and a hot tub for those who want to relax. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. It was great to have two bathrooms along with a very small kitchen area where we could keep some fresh items in for breakfast and lunch when needed.
