Best staff I've ever come across working on the front desk. Very helpful and informative of the local amenities and where everything is. The room was spacious, clean, had a fridge and decent hot drink facilities. The spa area is amazing! one of the best we've seen in a hotel with an outdoor hottub overlooking the lake, heated spa loungers, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi area of the pool. We will certainly be back and booking the same hotel again.

Accommodation was excellent, clean comfortable great shower with bath, food was excellent and well priced. Staff were friendly and helpful, this hotel is the better one than others at NEC resort and cheaper in lot of the stays offered. Highly recommend place to stay if u in NEC Birmingham as only 10mins away by taxi or 20min walk thro the resort. Spa was an added bonus very relaxing. Plus u get free Parking as guest. We will be booking again when we return for next convention.

Double room was large and comfortable. Bathroom facilities very clean and fresh, looked like had been renewed fairly recently. Check in and out was effortless. Lounge area was busy and vibrant. Car parking is a paid extra but it was reasonable, managed to find a space.

Nice breakfast and good variety of foods between the bar and restaurant. Ok room, but I didn't understand why the radiator was turned on so hot after cleaning. Bathroom seemed to be renovated. Spa area consists of swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna and dry sauna (way too hot, eg. you couldn't lean on the wooden wall). The lockers do NOT close. Swimming pool's water temperature was nice.

Good hotel near NEC. My room was on the 3rd floor - good size and clean room and bathroom. My windows were facing another building, so I did not have a nice view. I would like to highlight the gym and spa facilities - a great place to work out and relax next to the pool.

The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and the spa was also nice with an actual hot, 'hot tub' and the hottest steam room i've ever been in. The room was a decent size, clean warm and quiet with a nice bathroom and decent sized shower. Food in the hotel was decent and reasonbly priced and served late enough you have time to get some when you get back in the evening and even visit the spa.

Everything we come back every year for the same show at the NEC and its always fabulous, my partner booked us a suite by surprise and the staff ensured all the balloons and bits for our anniversary were put in the room before hand. the rooms are spacious wonderful views and have great facilities with a wonderful minibar selection. Easy to get to the pool for a relaxing experience the jacuzzi outside was wonderful and the central location to the NEC and restaurants amazing! staff always friendly and its the cleanest hotel ive ever stayed in.
