Staff were friendly and helpful, this hotel is the better one than others at NEC resort and cheaper in lot of the stays offered. Highly recommend place to stay if u in NEC Birmingham as only 10mins away by taxi or 20min walk thro the resort. Spa was an added bonus very relaxing. Plus u get free Parking as guest. The room was a decent size, clean warm and quiet with a nice bathroom and decent sized shower.
