We had a great four days, The position was perfect, we were very comfortable, loved the hut, everything we needed was provided and it was really good to have a private shower room. Had some amazing walks.

We were welcomed by Lesley, who was super friendly.. She showed us to our lovely room.Told us all about the facilities and the local area nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast that was made of local produce was very tasty.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view is good ,the hottub is amazing and they well maintained the property. Everything was perfect and very quite and peaceful . It is one of the best getaway someone can have from city. And the place is pet friendly, they got all kinds of pets which is fascinating . Overall 10/10 , will definitely come back .

It’s an old mansion in a lovely location with a nice view of the harbour in the distance. The building is very grand and has good parking and a lovely terrace where you can sit and have tea or drinks, as well as copious common areas. Overall very good value for the price.

We loved the studio apartment. Perfect for our self-catered mini break. We also made the most of the beautiful art deco pool, hot tub as well as the gym. A very cool, practical vibe suitable for couples, as well as families.

    This was a wonderful place to stay - a lovely old house set in beautiful grounds. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were both large. There were plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. There was a shared lounge area for relaxing in. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location was great for travelling to both sides of Cornwall - Port Isaac side and Looe side, and just a short car drive to Bodmin Parkway train station. Car parking was available on site. Breakfasts were delicious.

    A quirky hotel, worth visiting just for the experience of spending a night in a gaol. It was certainly luxurious. An enormous very comfy bed, spotlessly clean, the bathroom was superb. Breakfast was great. The lounge was very nice with daily newspapers and comfy sofas. Not cheap but good value for money for such high quality. I was pleased that this historic building has been renovated and put to good use.

    Friendly reception. Amenities for use are full kitchen, dining table, bathroom, bath or shower, lounge, back spacious garden, bedroom with towels n teatray. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Bed very comfy. Extra bedding, towels etc were available but not needed. Lock on bedroom door. Downstairs extra loo. Parked at rear following good directions. Pumpkin pusscat friendly n did tricks! Richard very informative.

    the location was great, the place was clean, spacious and private. it was comfortable for socialising and relaxing and both bathrooms were large and well equipped- the upstairs one had a double shower.

    The place we stayed in was lovely. The jacuzzi bath was amazing and the bed was very comfy meaning we were able to relax and unwind. The kitchen has all the facilities you could ask for during a self catering stay, even including a washing machine and a dishwasher. A small amount of cleaning items (dishwasher tablets, sponge, teatowel and dishsoap) were provided meaning you didn't need to rush out to get anything. The local area was tranquil and quiet, which helped the relaxing. I would recommend this place and would stay again

    Fantastic location, nice and peaceful but only a short trip away from all the local attractions and shops. The cottage itself was wonderful and very modern inside. There's a big comfy bed, spacious walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, great hot tub out the back with tall fences around the patio area giving you privacy, oh and the floor is heated - brilliant touch! I loved going out to explore and coming back to relax and unwind, I'm looking forward to when I can book my next stay!
