We engaged mainly with David during our stay, however the couple were very attentive and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was as we wanted it to be which was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, especially since we got a chance to see all of the dogs before we left, they were adorable! Many thanks to David for letting us have some time with them. :)

Offering a fitness centre and garden view, The Green Monkey Lux Suite at The Grumpy Schnauzer B&B Private Hot Tub, Gym, Breakfast, Stunning!

Hot tub area fantastic, room was perfect, hosts were great! Can't fault this place. We got free easter eggs aswell. Very thoughtful, every detail is thought of! Loved the breakfast glasses with the wee surprise inside ;) cosy robes and slippers, bed was comfy We didn't want to leave :( we will try the blue horse suite next time with the indoor hot tub as due to the weather we didn't get much time to spend in the outdoor one :( not anyone's fault just bad timing. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Built in 1854, this hotel was once the High School of Stirling. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic castle, it has an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant.

Converted hay loft, very spacious and comfortable. Garden space was lovely for a drink watching the sun set. There is a hot tub which we didn't have chance to use unfortunately.

Location is rural and proximity to the roman wall and fort made for the most fantastic walks with the dogs - The digs were spacious and well set out so a home from home for me as working away - hot tub was a bit tatty but it worked well and was fantastic to sit in it outside and watch the deer and wildlife literally a few meters away. Will return as lots of space and comfort for family and pets. Hosts were really responsive and welcoming.

The cabin was lovely, it was like a little fairy tale with all the flowers and fairy lights. The hot tub was a added bonus, it’s also a good location for activities too as the safari park was only a 25 minute drive. I had a issue with the TV connection and I messaged Fiona who was in Spain but still was very fast at replying and got the issue resolved almost immediately she even messaged again to ensure it was still working which was very nice of her. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend! X

The cabin was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There were extras provided ( tea towels, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar ) which were unexpected as it was self catering so we assumed we would have to provide these ourselves. The hot tub was ready to use from the minute we arrived which was great. The welcome pack had all we needed with contact numbers in case any problems arose.
