Beautiful room and bar! Only issue is that the room was a bit noisy with the bustle of returning guests late at night. But it is Brighton hahaha

Our sea view balcony room was exceptional - huge windows across one entire wall overlooking the sea. The hotel is ideally located and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. It was our anniversary, and the staff made us feel really welcome - even leaving a special sweet treat for us in the room. We had a lovely time and we'll be back!

The property is entirely self-catering, but I was happy to make my own breakfast and eat out. It's a nice, basic, comfortable, value-for-money property.

The hotel is in a good location, a minutes walk from the beach. The room was a good price for location and see views. Staff were helpful. The cocktails were good in the bar. Breakfast was good as well.

Clean and good sized accommodation for two people. Well located for this part of the South coast. Quiet location appreciated. Hot tub a welcome luxury.
Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.

The host Monique was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The apartment was really spacious with high ceilings and lots of personality. The location was excellent, not directly on the seafront as that would have been too noisy, but one flat from the corner which was just right and had a beautiful view of the seafront from the lounge. The kitchen was well stocked with a great choice of teas/coffees. Bathroom had towels and toiletries provided. Everything was clean and well presented.
Hotel lobby and lounge areas are modern, colourful, spacious, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming - especially liked the bi-fold doors onto the balcony which overlooked the marina. A fantastic vista. Bed was very comfortable, wide and had plenty of pillows and cushions. Bathroom provided dressing gowns and slippers, and a superb shower. Free parking in the large multi-storey car park next door to the hotel.
I stayed in the New York Penthouse. It was much larger than I was expecting and a lovely room. There was a jacuzzi bath, which I hadn't realised - a fantastic addition. Water, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast is at The Charm hotel a couple of doors up the road. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room is beautifully decorated. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.
Very helpful, friendly, efficient staff at check in.
Fruit, water and papers available in lounge.
Bedroom very spacious and comfortable..
Nice selection of wine by glass in the bar.
Nice light bright airy reception lounge area.
Good bathroom products.
Good space for the two of us after a long walk. A good size bedroom, kitchen and lounge to relax in. Central to pubs, restaurants and the seafront too.
The property was on four floors, so plenty of space. 4 good size double bedrooms, a large kitchen and big lounge. There were 2 full bathrooms and one ensuite. It was very close to the beach front and the free parking space was a bonus. It was clean, comfortable and stylish.
Everything. THIS PLACE IS EXCEPTIONAL. Knew we would love it when first walking into the hall. The bedroom - spacious and well set out, the beautiful kitchen. Lounge area is lovely and relaxing. The bathroom - marvellous. They have even created a lovely walled garden area.
It is very well equipped. Tastefully decorated and well set out. It was so relaxing staying here.
We would return in an instant.
The apartment was spacious , clean and in an excellent location for central Brighton. very high quality spec and the jacuzzi bath was a lovely surprise
I stayed here for a solo trip Sunday - Tuesday as the prices were cheaper. I’d never been to a spa before but wanted to treat myself! Totally worth it, never been so relaxed in my life. The times I used the pool, spa and hydro pool meant it was usually empty, 7am-8:39am & 3pm but even at 6pm I only had to wait a little while for a hot tub and there are areas downstairs to lounge and wait. I didn’t use the restaurant or any treatments so no comment there but this was just what the doctor ordered and I loved staying here!
