The conservatory was the saving grace for my visit - that was really nice to be able to sit there all evening alone. And Lindsay was quite happy for me to take a chair from the dining room and do a zoom call at 7am in the table tennis room. The host was friendly and helpful. Loved being able to see the horses in the fields and watching the red kite birds hovering above. The layout was great with the bedroom upstairs and location was great being 10mins away from castle Douglas. Bathroom area was a perfect size too! We loved the hot tub being included. Beautiful views as soon as you look out the windows. The local pub needs to be visited, staff were lovely and so was the food. Well worth the money.Guest review byJenniferYoung couple

Our party had a dip in the hot tub which was 20 minutes of great fun. Every room had tasteful touches.
