Off street parking is available nearby which is rare in the centre of Dawlish. The host has excellent local knowledge. The room is small but comfortable, and there is a lounge available to visitors, with a small outside seating area.. The breakfast was fantastic the duck eggs we had for breakfast were also fantastic. Very quiet location and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
