Lodge 17 is bright and airy. Fully kitted out with everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Although I never met Tanya we messaged during our stay and Tanya provided great info regarding travel and access.

The quietness of the location but near enough to St Andrews. Nearby walks were lovely. Fran our contact was exceptionally helpful and the outdoor tub was amazing. It took 3 hours to heat up just to be aware. It was low temps though.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Beautiful location so relaxing and plenty to do especially fishing and golfing. Hot tub was lovely .the lodge was big and spacious comfy everyone loved it would highly reccomend staying here can not wait to come back.
We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had large room with a large and comfortable bed and a bath in our en-suite, which I like.
It was good to have a relax in the spa after an active day, although the pool was too small for a proper "swim".
We waited a while for our food in the restaurant (Saturday) but both enjoyed our meals.
The bar was a comfortable place to watch sport on TV.
This was the best value hotel of our trip and we'd stay here again.
The room was beautiful and a lovely big bed and the food really good to.
Had a lovely massage at the spa ,
Also like how the room had an armchair n a footstool so could sit back and relax.
The bathroom also has a good size walk in shower which is on the right
Good location only a few minutes drive from Dundee
The bedroom room was quite spacious
Nice lounge area and bar to relax in
Free WiFi worked well
Plenty of free car parking at the back of the hotel
Friendly staff
The room was very neat and had a lovely bathroom. The restaurant served a great meal and the wine was delicious. I had a lovely experience relaxing after dinner in the lounge.
The cottage is gorgeous and bigger than expected. Comfy beds, clean and tidy, separate lounge area when the teenagers wanted some space, well kept garden, enough basics in the kitchen to get you started and Eddie and family were so lovely and accommodated everything we needed. Lovely quiet location but close enough to everywhere we were going. Oh... and a lovely hot tub in the garden helps too!
The entire stay exceeded my expectations & is Great Value for the room rates with Leisure Facilities
Liked · Lovely Room that was very spacious, Leisure Facilities were superb with a good size pool & fantastic Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam Room was nice but could get quite cramped with more than 5 persons in them.
Restaurant was nice albeit quite a limited menu & fairly high prices.
It was the most beautiful guest house. My room was a dream! Bright, airy, spacious, immaculate, pretty and spotless. I was there on business and had a wonderful sleep before a very busy day. I was able to meditate and do some work before I left. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. 10/10! Lovely healthy breakfast too. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was great. I’ll definitely book again.
Our room & bed was huge, it was nice to have a bath to relax in, the swimming pool & spa was a bonus, we had a lovely walk in the grounds. At breakfast there was so much choice & we had dinner one night, the food & service was good
