The quietness of the location but near enough to St Andrews. Nearby walks were lovely. Fran our contact was exceptionally helpful and the outdoor tub was amazing. It took 3 hours to heat up just to be aware. It was low temps though.

We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had large room with a large and comfortable bed and a bath in our en-suite, which I like. It was good to have a relax in the spa after an active day, although the pool was too small for a proper "swim". We waited a while for our food in the restaurant (Saturday) but both enjoyed our meals. The bar was a comfortable place to watch sport on TV. This was the best value hotel of our trip and we'd stay here again.

The cottage is gorgeous and bigger than expected. Comfy beds, clean and tidy, separate lounge area when the teenagers wanted some space, well kept garden, enough basics in the kitchen to get you started and Eddie and family were so lovely and accommodated everything we needed. Lovely quiet location but close enough to everywhere we were going. Oh... and a lovely hot tub in the garden helps too!

The entire stay exceeded my expectations & is Great Value for the room rates with Leisure Facilities Liked · Lovely Room that was very spacious, Leisure Facilities were superb with a good size pool & fantastic Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam Room was nice but could get quite cramped with more than 5 persons in them. Restaurant was nice albeit quite a limited menu & fairly high prices.

It was the most beautiful guest house. My room was a dream! Bright, airy, spacious, immaculate, pretty and spotless. I was there on business and had a wonderful sleep before a very busy day. I was able to meditate and do some work before I left. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. 10/10! Lovely healthy breakfast too. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was great. I’ll definitely book again.
