The rooms and the lounge area were lovely to look at and a relaxing atmosphere. Hydro spa was also good but not worth the extra charged.

On site parking, good for large car. Nice spa and gym. Viv loved jacuzzi bath in bathroom. ( large bath with jets) nice atmosphere, well staffed. Food wasn’t bad, accommodated my garlic allergy. Nouveau cuisine.

The main house is characterful with a grand entrance hall and staircase. A striking floral display with lit pumpkins greeted us on arrival. Our room was in a modern extension at the back near the pool and spa. It was not large but had good storage space and a lovely bathroom. The lounge and breakfast room/bar/restaurant areas are all elegant furnished and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and steam room but the spa pool was not working. The lush gardens would be a lovely place to relax in good weather.

Overall hotel is fine with good lounge area, outside seating too with sea views. Room was spacious with a settee but would have been nice to have small table and two chairs to sit near window to enjoy sea view . Bathroom facilities were very good. Location of hotel is very good .

I loved how kind the host was when learning I was walking the coast path. She was friendly, responsive and even left radox bubble bath by the bath so I could relax my sore muscles. Amazing valley views from the top floor bedroom window. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely select Headlands to stay at. It wasn't too far to walk to restaurants or a shop and was close to the coast path. Although breakfast wasn't available, there are beach cafes nearby.

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings in a quiet part of Cornwall. The rooms are nicely sized and very comfortable. Not a fan of the wet room layout, would prefer an enclosed shower (and my partner would have liked a bath) but that is just personal preference. The lounge and Harry's bar are great for relaxing in the evening and the dining room over looking the gardens is lovely.

The room was perfect for us. Plenty of light and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice plus a good selection of cooked breakfasts. The leisure facilities were all good . The jacuzzi was my favourite. The lounge and bar were very relaxing. We ate in the restaurant which was of a high quality.
