Perran Cottage is set in Reighton, 16 km from The Spa Scarborough, 16 km from Peasholm Park, as well as 44 km from Dalby Forest. The 3-star holiday home is 1 km from Hunmanby Gap Beach.

The site was great for location, the staff all friendly and helpful. The house was a great base for walks, visiting the lovely Filey and surrounding areas. On site it felt very calming, there is a lovely pub and the food was nice too. Some people said the WiFi wasn't free, I think this was confusing as there was no instructions, but there is free WiFi at the property if you go with what is on the back of the router. I would suggest taking a firestick or something if you have one, as the TV options are basic. Some reviews said the sofa wasn't comfy, it's not the greatest, but it's not the worst, it's a leather corner sofa, with loose back cushions, it is deep so if you have poor mobility it could be a small struggle, but to combat this I brought cushions from home with me and it was fine.

We are positioned in Scarborough’s picturesque, peaceful North Side. Our independent, family-run hotel is just a short stroll from Peasholm Park, North Bay beach, and the Open Air Theatre.

Great location for what I’d planned to do. Easy walk to the coast and local park. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and as expected. Food was good.

The property was very spacious bedding was very clean although there was dust and cobwebs about the property! The 2nd one was very tired and could do with a big revamp! Decking wasn’t enclosed and we had small children In the party

    I loved (almost..!) everything about the property. Location was nice and quiet, just a couple of streets away from the town centre, and less than 10 minutes walk from the bus and rail stations. The apartment was lovely and spacious, and tastefully decorated throughout. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything one could need - I especially loved the 50's style fridge. The lounge area was wonderful and comfortable, and plenty of power points for all my devices. Beds very comfortable, too. Would Happily Recommend.

    The accommodation was very well equipped with everything you may need, the kitchen has everything you need if eating in/cooking The lounge has a fab tv and other media gadgets for relaxing indoors. It’s absolutely spotless. The 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms is a bonus if you’re going with young children or as two couples. The location is in the middle of Filey.

    First impressions wow! There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy. There's an area when you first enter that has leaflets, menus for takeaways etc. The bathroom/shower is spectacular with a separate toilet and isn't too near the bedroom/living room so you're less likely to disturb your partner if they're sleeping. The kitchen is compact with breakfast bar. The fixtures and fittings throughout are quality and lovely design.
