The warm clean and bright feel of the room when we walked in. We liked the nice big comfy bed, and the bathroom was a good size.

This checked our box of being remote to truly enjoy the Scottish highlands. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice, it’s more hilly than you think which was fantastic. Also less than 15 mins drive for anything you need for your stay.

Spacious property with pretty much everything you need for lovely break.
Garden and view were great and my son and daughter in law enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Great conservatory for dining and chilling. Killin itself was pretty.
Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.
House was very comfortable and large enough with plenty of space for our family group of five and our dog. Having 2 bathrooms was added bonus. Large garden area at rear of property was perfect for sitting out and exercising the dog.
The house was located in an area that was close to Perth, Stirling and lots of activity centres.
The location is amazing, in quite a village just in front of the lake. It's such a good place for the relaxing days off. The hotel has a cute terrace with a nice view. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Very good and not usual selection of drinks, staff give good advices on what to choose.
The Sheiling was a very comfortable and spacious house for three couples and 3 dogs. It is in a superb location overlooking Loch Earn, stunning views down the Loch and surrounding hills. Great area for walking and a great house for relaxing. Facilities were good for self catering, a home from home.
Stayed in St Fillans before a few times in other properties
Space great for families
Location perfect with idyllic views of the Loch
Well equipped and the towel quality and the bath size a pleasant bonus
Everyone enjoyed the stay and the youngsters
Enjoyed the box games
Amazing view from the cottage, overlooking the lake, seeing wildlife everywhere around the house and great walks with the dog. The facilities are great, beds are good, kitchen is perfect as it’s big and has everything you need, livingroom is nice and spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are big and comfy and there’s a nice sauna. Overall 10 out of 10
I had an evening meal and breakfast. The standard of food was very high. This was one of the few hotels where freshly squeezed orange juice was provided. I stayed in five different hotels on this trip. The bedroom was very spacious, with a very large and modern bathroom. The Arran shower gels were very aromatic. Given the number of dogs that I saw, the owners keep the hotel spotless. The setting on the shore of Loch Earn, with the mountains behind was unbelievable.
