Located in Nairn, in a historic building, 1.1 km from Nairn Central Beach, Sea View Lodge is a holiday home with pool with a view and fitness centre.

The property was clean and beautifully presented, a lovely touch was supply of essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, foil, loo rolls etc.). Michael greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the house, he also explained the surrounding area. We had no issues at all and Michael was easily contacted if we had any queries or questions. We were a family group ranging from 3 to 60+, there was something for all! The free membership to the local golf view hotel spa was great and we went to family swim time most nights.

The Boathouse, a property with a garden, is situated in Longmorn, 46 km from Huntly Castle, 33 km from Brodie Castle, as well as 43 km from Nairn Dunbar Golf Club.

A Hidden Gem in Longmorn – The Boathouse is a Must! We stayed at The Boathouse for 3 nights in Longmorn and were absolutely delighted. What a spot! Kevin’s passion for both the stunning lake and the property itself is truly inspiring. He met us on arrival and made sure everything was in place – a warm welcome that set the tone for our stay. The accommodation is beautifully presented and makes a perfect base to explore the gorgeous surrounding area. We were visiting family, so didn’t get a chance to take full advantage of the facilities, but it’s clear this place would be a dream for anyone who enjoys fishing or visiting local distilleries. This is a family-run business, and it really shows in the care and heart that’s been put into every detail. We’d highly recommend The Boathouse and would absolutely stay again. Well worth supporting!

The view was incredible, we were able to see Findhorn Bay and watch cruise ships and fighter jets go by. Hot tub was a great addition as well for relaxing after a day at the beach. The cabin next to ours was empty all week so we enjoyed the whole place to ourselves which was an added bonus.

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The location is spectacular. After a week staying in small hotel rooms this was such a nice break. The room although a little out of date was very spacious, clean and we were able to spread out. The bathroom was enormous and the bed and linens above expectations. So quiet!

Everything, we had the best stay. Carol was amazing from start to finish. A lovely lady and very accommodating. Hot tub was great and we had a Jacuzzi bath in one of the lager rooms upstairs. We did not expect which was a bonus. We had our dogs with us and Carol made sure they had their special treats along with our welcome basket. Bread, milk, butter, shortbread, eggs etc. Will 100% be back in the near future.

The property was clean, spacious and homely, the Kitchen and bathroom appear virtually brand new, there is a washing machine, tumble drier (clothes airer also available which was our preferred option), kitchen had a dishwasher, there were board games etc and the host also had milk and orange juice in the fridge for our arrival

This is a very well maintained, spacious 2 bed property, with 2 bathrooms. It had all the essentials, and a washing machine and dishwasher. A small garden and seating, and a whirligig for drying clothes outside. No TV, but good internet access. The owners live next door and were very welcoming and showed me round when I arrived.
