Little Fox Hideaway is a little piece of heaven on earth and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to celebrate a birthday weekend.
Everything about our stay was pure perfection, with loving and caring attention to detail from all the information you need beforehand and during your stay to the tiny little attention to detail like tea / coffee / chocs / robes etc.
A peaceful, private and tranquil location, with the most incredible views, as well as fantastic walks right up the back garden path.
The hot tub is amazing and is fantastically looked after by the hosts. Lovely led lights in the roof over the hot tub as well as a fully lit decking area and steap, make for a stunning spa like experience.
The most comfortable bed, bathrobes for each guest, lovely soft bath, hand and face towels and also tea towels and cleaning cloths in the kitchen. The bath was also incredible it was the- best bath ever, so comfy to have a soak, with heavenly scented lemongrass and ginger toiletries kindly provided. The projector and screen turn the bedroom into your own movie room and add to the whole luxurious ambience throughout.
Nothing else was required from this very well equipped, well presented piece of Scottish heaven and we loved every minute of our stay.

I accidentally booked the wrong nights originally, and they kindly changed my booking without a problem and no charge - that service orientation was continued during our stay. The staff is amazing, made us feel right at home, and the room was really big with a lovely view. We loved staying here in the hotel - everything was very clean, including the pool area. The parking lot is very convenient and the hotel is close to all the sights.
The breakfast was a true experience, a very large buffet with so many options both continental and hot to choose from. The food was high quality, and coffee / tea options were really nice (love that you get a full pot, not just a cuppa). The views from the breakfast room are a nice bonus.

Very detailed oriented design stay. The highlight was definitely being able to book the hot tub which was such a luxury after many days of walking. The breakfast was also well done with plenty to eat and the staff was incredibly friendly. Noticeably the room thought about all the little details such as a sleep mask at The entity a mini fridge, a TV and a dresser. Parking was easy and right on site.

Perfect cozy single bedroom house with a detached shed and hot tub. It was a great location, close to a lot of hiking options and near the city. Has amazing views of the mountains and cow pasture out of the large living room doors. The hottub was great to relax in after long days of hiking and adventure. Would 100% stay here again!
Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.
Wow! The perfect stay. Location is easy to find and is so quiet, yet so close to everything. Host is absolutely lovely. The property is super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Bed is made with quality linens and is very comfortable. Bathroom is well appointed and huge. There are outdoor areas to sit outside and the view out the front was very relaxing. What makes this a perfect place is all the little treats. It was so “ Surprise & Delight “.
Breathtaking view, clean, comfortable house with plenty of space. Bathroom for every bedroom and downstairs toilet too. Had a lovely meal and breakfast in the hotel. Pool & Jacuzzi at hotel a great asset.
Hot tub at house was amazing which was checked everyday.
Access direct to the loch was fantastic and we swam every day.
This was the most fabulous amazing holiday for me and my family.
The Fireside cottage has ample space for a family or even 2 couples, it has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining and relaxing with a glass of Scottish whisky by the fireplace was really great. Location was ideal, secluded and surrounded by nature yet just a 10 min drive from amenities.
The wee lodges were stunning, with great facilities available at the centre and nicely appointed accommodation - which feel spacious considering their size. The hot tub was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious. We’ll worth it to spend time relaxing.
Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful hotel, an old refurbished train station. The views from the breakfast room are stunning. Delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and good showers. Balcony to sit and relax. Tea and hot chocolate made available in the rooms. Big indoor pool and relaxing hot tub.
Excellent hotel, beautiful area. Very quiet hotel nice hot tub and sauna for private use which was lovely. Super friendly staff can’t do enough for you so lovely. Big spacious room, large bathroom. Good facilities . Nice breakfasts.. ate in the gathering in the evening really nice food . Short distance from fort William . Definitely will return after this our third visit to the hotel
The 5* reviews for the hosts are well founded, they've got lots of recommendations for the area. The property has great views over the peaceful loch and is a 15 minute walk to local food and drinks. Handy to have your own parking spaces too. The room is very comfortable with all the necessary gadgets and a fireplace, there's also beautiful art work and a fantastic bath tub to relax in after a day of climbing, cycling or exploring. Will be back.
We loved the romantic feel of the property. It felt very private and like we had our own space! Loved the hot tub and sound of the river beside our pod. We also enjoyed the extra details such as lights inside, sound system and complementary food bits and toiletries.
Tastefully decorated throughout, a quiet, cosy, relaxing room that felt like my ideal version of home. Lots of sockets including USB by bed. Best night's sleep in months. Spotless, wonderful bathroom. Wonderful front-desk staff with perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Do try the quiet little library lounge, separate from the big main lounge. Missing it all already.
