Two large house bathrooms with excellent showers, plus one en-suite bathroom for one of the bedrooms. Great sea views from the balcony, lounge and three of the bedrooms. Very good communication from the owner. Good location a few minutes walk downhill to the centre of Ilfracombe. Has it's own hot tub which would be great for the warmer weather, we used the depot restaurant on the corner of the entrance to the park and also shopped in Tesco in Barnstaple. Fantastic living room with great sofa! The bath tubs were great! the double beds were comfortable to sleep in. It had many great areas to relax and enjoy.
