This is indeed a luxury yurt! It had everything we wanted and more. In particular, the bedding was super comfy! We stayed for 7 nights during late May and used the hot tub for 6 of those and the braai for 5. We used the internal fire for 1 night when it was cooler (following rainy weather) and the yurt was toasty. The compost toilet was very beneficial; and the shared bathroom was always clean and had availability (even during half term holidays). The site itself was beautiful and the camping community, including owners Gail and Amy, were lovely! Great value for a longer stay and would absolutely return.

The wood burner was great for making the cottage warm and cosy in the evenings, and the hot tub was such a treat to come back to after our walks. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The welcome booklet had lots of information which was greatly appreciated. We also loved the on-site shop with lots of fresh produce to enjoy. Really good location that had nearby access to hikes and experiences.

Dawn was very welcoming, friendly, and really helpful with information about the area and most other things you wanted to know. The Hall is absolutely stunning. The pets are gorgeous and so very friendly. The surrounding area is so calm and peaceful, with plenty of hikes to be done.
