The outdoor spa pool is amazing. The family rooms have outdoor balconies that overlook the pool, are very roomy and have a great view of the hotel, pool and rock facing. The staff are friendly and very attentive to the guests. There is a spa with a small jacuzzi and sauna and treatment rooms. Location is fantastic, a couple minutes walk from the train station, we drove and were able to park there overnight. The apartment was very spacious, with separate kitchen and lounge area, good size bathroom and bedroom. Very clean, would definitely stay here again. The room was nice and big and well equipped, although not an en-suite room had full access to our own bathroom (big double shower and jacuzzi bath) which was literally just outside the bedroom door. The spa bath was a great luxury, and there was a huge shower!. Great view from the windows of the main street through Matlock Bath with all the colourful lights at night. Loved it here.
