On a quiet tree-lined road, overlooking its own secluded gardens and swimming pool, this adult-only hotel offers a range of facilities and services for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Perfect location to walk to downtown. Wonderful owners Nicky and John. Plus son is named Felix. He loves to hear your stories and has a hobby of Geography. We spent much time sharing his interesting passions. At the end of a day of travel, their bar area overlooking a lovely swimming pool is a great way to end the day.

very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent facilities, esp for kids on a rainy / cold day. The games area is amazing. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with fresh hot cooked bacon, eggs, etc.

    So well thought out and curated. A very private, natural, yet comfortable retreat. We loved the hot tub and the outside shower. The facilities were great, you would never know it was off grid- excellent bathroom!

    Everything! Welcomed into the house like we were friends! A lovely atmosphere and greeted with prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch. A beautiful home that is so clean and spacious, the room was as described and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was a 10/10. I wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! Also the shared bathroom was not a problem at all - Victoria provides bath robes in the rooms for you as we had no issues in sharing with fellow guests! Also the two collies that live here made our trip!

    Efficient, polite, and friendly staff. Everywhere is very clean and beautifully presented. Fantastic breakfast, the best ever in a B&B. I really liked the motion activated bathroom ‘night light’ great for if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I felt instantly relaxed and we had a wonderful few days, we will definitely return. The hosts were really helpful and accommodating.

    For the price, it did the job. The management were as helpful as could be in explaining the breakfast issue. Nice spacious bathroom and easy external access to car park below.

    In addition to our spacious bedroom and private bathroom, we had access to a shared kitchen and cosy lounge - our host had the wood burner lit and ready for us to enjoy.

    There were so many things inside the property. Books, cd/bluetooth/vinyl player. 2 tvs. Lovely bathroom and bedroom. The hot tub. The bath in the bedroom. The bread milk eggs and butter plus the beer, brandy and soft drink.
