    Location is great- walking distance to shops and pubs. As there is no parking, be careful if you have a heavy suitcase on wheels when walking down the hill to the front door! But the accommodation once inside was lovely. Quirky and characterful with everything you need. The upstairs lounge is a particularly nice space. The shower in the en suite is great and the small garden is a nice addition if the weather is nice.

    Stunning well maintained peaceful location. Family get together staying in 3 Woodsman lodges, the large hot tub was well used by all. The children absolutely loved the animals, play areas, football pitch and the space to run around. Steve and Sarah are really friendly and welcoming, going that extra mile. Steve provided a stand for a disposable bbq, and late in the day Sarah even provided an electric lighter when we realised that we nothing to light the bbq with.

    We stayed at this property for a business trip. The hosts were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I have been told by my colleagues; They received a warm welcome on arrival. The property was spick and span with lovely furniture and comfortable beds. They didn't have the opportunity to use the hot tub, but did mention the outside area was very pretty at night and overall, it seems the property is cosy and well looked after.

    Extremely well equipped. Location excellent. The cottage has had massive improvements from the pictures you use to advertise, I would suggest you update the picture as doesn't do it justice. Bed room and the bathroom very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

    Clean spacious well furnished cottage on one level. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer. Smart tv in lounge. Bedroom and bathroom clean and uncluttered. Big plus for me was our own parking space right next to the cottage. 5 mins by car to Pickering Complimentary biscuits cake and flowers! Would highly recommend this property

    The welcome hamper was so generous and impressive, and the house had been trimmed up for Christmas which was a nice touch. Very spacious and tonnes of storage space in the kitchen and main bedroom. Cosy lounge with open fire and nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. We all enjoyed our stay and our sons loved it. Would recommend!
