The rooms are nice and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Big enough bathrooms. Black out blinds. Bathrobes on the bed. Good towels. Free parking, including disabled spaces next to reception. Quiet location on the side of a small town. Nice nd friendly staff . Swimming pool is not big, but still enjoyable. Jacuzzi inside, smaller one outside, 3 saunas and a steam room.

This charming, old, previous castle turned hotel many years ago, is highly recommended. Super friendly staff greet you upon arrival. Relax in a charming room full of old world character and class. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. Very clean. Even though on a main road, room was fortunately Quiet. Excellent location. Two blocks from ferry terminal. Can walk to main shopping streets. Or jump on a bus, tour the Island.

lovely site, friendly and accommodating staff. the views from the bar/restaurant were lovely. The whole hotel felt airy and spacious. The range of Saunas (warm, warmer and hot) was a nice experience and outdoor jacuzzi (under blue skies for us) enjoyable. I thought they adapted well to the staff shortage they suffered (not the hotel’s fault, I understand it applies across the island) meant a buffet supper rather than the usual service.

The room had a very good size and was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious!! SPA facilities were great aswell with a swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, 3 steam rooms (with relaxing herb scents) and a sauna. We also had a massage which was ok but could be best. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return.
