Overall, all the staff we met were friendly and on their game. Bathroom was great also, plus added extras if home made cake on our tea tray and proper fresh milk. Staff are really helpful and friendly . - Review scoreWonderful · 7 reviewsThe Cottage at Maugersbury is just lovely - a small, traditional Cotswold cottage with a wonderful outlook and just a few minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold. The cottage is spacious with plenty of room - 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the sitting room was well set up for relaxing evenings. The few days we spent here flew past... we wished we were staying longer. It was a hot weekend and we spent a few hours in the beer garden relaxing. The room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was very spacious with a good quality bath tub and efficient shower. The towels were good quality and everything was very clean. It was very nice to have space with a lounge, TV and kitchen to relax after staying in some very small rooms at B&Bs.
