Featuring a garden and views of garden, Lower Marsh Farm in Cornwall is a recently renovated holiday home located in Saltash, 13 km from Cotehele House.

Loved the location. The animals are friendly on the farm and the kids really enjoyed this. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, milk and fresh apple juice available. Parking was great. Beds were comfy. Boot room was handy and games room for ping pong was nice to have. Felt relaxed and left alone by the owners.

Lovely large clean room with a big four poster bed. Good breakfast. Well maintained hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern well equipped ensuite bathroom. Parking was easy, no problem getting a space, and more room to manoeuvre than we'd been expecting.

It's an incredible place, never stayed anywhere like it. The art and the decor were fascinating, and everywhere you look, you see something else that you hadn't seen before. A lovely ambience with Reed defusers and relaxing piped music throughout. Iain and Jack couldn't be more helpful and even moved their car out of its garage so we could park our motorbike securely. Our room had a shared bathroom, which, despite my misgivings, proved not to be an issue. We will definitely be back Pip +Jayne.

From the moment we arrived the staff could not do more to help. A spectacular building that has been extremely well maintained. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom fantastic with a great shower area. Breakfast and drinks during the day served with a smile. Nice seating areas throughout. Car Park another bonus. Great position to explore Tavistock.

We expected a cosy accommodation in city B&B (pub),....and found so much more. A great place with very attentive and friendly staff. The room was very nice and stylish and the bed super comfy. Also worth mentioning is the bathroom which was rather spacious. Twice we had dinner at the hotel (ie. at the pub) and it truly was a fantastic and delicious experience. We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again should we come back to Tavistock.
