Wonderful views, comfortable bed and lovely cottage in general. When I asked for someone to look at the lock the response was very quick. Hot tub is fantastic overlooking the whole town.

The property was very spacious bedding was very clean although there was dust and cobwebs about the property! The 2nd one was very tired and could do with a big revamp! Decking wasn’t enclosed and we had small children In the party

The location is fantastic, wonderful scenic views. The accommodation itself is beautifully presented and really well stocked with all the little things that make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, even things you wouldn't expect to find. The hut we stayed in has another property on each side but it felt really private and secluded. The hosts are wonderful also.

    This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The lounge is lovely to relax in of an evening… nice comfy sofas. Large kitchen with everything you might need.The bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of storage space for all your belongings and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are en-suite and quite small but definitely not an issue. Parking space is a godsend. The seafront is a 5 minute walk away.

    Loved the location, central to everything, staff were really nice, the hotel has a lovely shabby chic feel to it and thats not to be rude, its quite grand but needing a bit of tlc. Food was nice, place had a relaxed atmosphere and it"s clean. Room was spacious, bathroom was spot on, again just needed a bit of tlc. Good place to stay as well if you have friends staying elsewhere, welcome to use bar, lounge, restaurant etc for a meet up

    The room was amazing, very spacious and clean. The whirlpool bath was so relaxing and the duck was a little fun addition! Shower was also fantastic! Extremely impressed with the room and view! We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the food was lovely, staff were friendly too.

    Vegetarian breakfast was delicious. I liked the aquarium fish tank in the dining room and the seagulls on the ceiling! We had a king size bedroom in the vault which was spacious and lovely with a jacuzzi bath. Fabulous!

    Fabulous spacious room which was beautifully decorated. A four poster bed and cherry tree made it very special. Nice jacuzzi bath too. Good food with pleasant staff. Very good value for money in close location to Whitby.

    Room (with four poster bed) was lovely to stay in and relax. Jacuzzi bath was a very welcome bonus feature. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet overnight. Breakfast included was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Place is also only short walk down into Whitby for an everning walk along the beach, which we did.

    spotlessly clean and very modern with a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and good shower. The room was very spacious with added bonus of 2 armchairs and small table to sit at. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely crisp white bedding. liked the added touch of coffee machine and coffee pods as well the kettle and selection of t.bags. Will definitely stay in this hotel again

    Absolutely brilliant location at the foot of the 199 Steps. The property is lovely and really nice internally - a very spacious bedroom, bathroom and nice kitchen and lounge. The hot tub is a really nice touch and we enjoyed everything.
